TOKYO, Japan - Chief Cabinet Secretary Yasuo Fukuda explains the two government-sponsored antiterrorism bills at the plenary session of the House of Representatives at the Diet on Oct. 10. The lower house began deliberations on the bills aimed at providing assistance to the ongoing U.S.-led retaliatory strikes for the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.
